And all this with the driving dynamics and agility that have always been the hallmarks of BMW.
THE BMW X1.
Whether in the city, in the mountains, or at the beach – the BMW X1 is at home everywhere and a sleek, supreme companion for every occasion. This is reflected, for example, in the fact that the compact SUV was the best-selling BMW worldwide in 2018.
THE FIRST GENERATION.
(BMW E84)
When it was launched in 2009, the BMW X1 quickly became the leading compact SUV in the premium segment. Robust versatility sets the vehicle apart – sports tuning ensures dynamics and agility in all conditions. And with the intelligent BMW xDrive all-wheel drive, traction and driving dynamics reach an exciting level, as drive force is continuously distributed to the front wheels and rear axle. This ensures driving pleasure at all times. The appealing design features a powerful, athletic look. At the same time, the high-quality interior is accentuated with color-coordinated interior trim and stainless steel inserts.
The X1 combines classic BMW values such as dynamics, agility, and supremacy within a compact SUV.

THE SECOND GENERATION.
(BMW F48)
The second-generation BMW X1 (F48) has a more dynamic and sporty appearance than its predecessor, not least because of the recesses rising towards the rear and the sloping roofline. The second generation is distinguished by innovative technologies, such as a head-up display or the optional LED headlights with adaptive light function. A new range of turbocharged diesel and gasoline engines gives the vehicle an exceptional combination of efficiency and sportiness. Since March 2020, the BMW X1 has also been available as a plug-in-hybrid. In addition to the agile BMW xDrive, it is now available with front-wheel drive.
2019’s facelift gives the second generation an even more commanding appearance, primarily because of the much more prominent kidney grille and the wider air inlets on the sides of the front apron.
Production period: 2015 – 2022
Engines: 1.5 – 2.0 liters (85 – 170 kW, 116 – 231 hp), 3- & 4-cylinder

THE THIRD GENERATION.
(BMW U11)
In 2022 the X1 is launched. It is a masterful combination of confidence, versatility, and functionality. Available with a petrol, plug-in hybrid, or fully electrical engine, the X1 features a powerful, clean design: The self-assured front with its prominent almost square double kidney, the monolithic design elements and the X-typical, almost square wheelhouses give it a strong presence. This is contrasted by the slender adaptive LED headlights extending far into the flanks and the upright proportions.
The combination of power and dynamics is mirrored by the technical features. The BMW X1 is available with rear and all-wheel drive or with the agile BMW xDrive, combining extraordinary driving dynamics with exceptional traction and driving safety. The automatic 7-speed Steptronic double-clutch transmission stands for quick gear-changes and precise control while keeping consumption at a minimum. The plug-in hybrid models enable a purely electric range (WLTP) of up to 91 km.

THE BMW X2.
The combination of coupe and SUV is one thing above all: Unique. The BMW X2’s sporty, distinctive character and agile performance is impressive. A high-quality interior and the many ingenious technical details underscore its stylish appearance.
THE FIRST GENERATION.
(BMW F39)
First presented in 2016 as a concept car based on the X1, the vehicle’s expressive design and technological brilliance is inspirational. The almost square-cut wheelhouses, as well as the beads and side sills, together with the flat roofline, underscores it as an extraordinary extrovert. The kidney grille widening towards the bottom and the air inlets blend harmoniously into the front end and signal unique self-confidence.
Modern turbo engines, in combination with the Steptronic transmissions, ensure lively thrust in all conditions. With the optional BMW xDrive all-wheel drive, the coupe SUV also feels at home away from the urban environment. The typical BMW driving dynamics ensure driving pleasure on any surface. The BMW logos on the C-pillar are reminiscent of legendary BMW models such as the 2000 CS and the 3.0 CSL.

THE BMW X3.
An SUV that is just as at home off-road as it is in the city or on the highway: Since 2003, the BMW X3 has shown how you achieve your goals plays an important role. And driving dynamics and the high-quality interior play a decisive role.
THE FIRST GENERATION.
(BMW E83)
Virtually unrivaled, the BMW X3 was unveiled at the 60th International Motor Show (IAA) in Germany in 2003. The new intelligent BMW xDrive all-wheel drive is launched here, enabling continuous variable power distribution between the front and rear axles. Another new feature is the beefy and athletic design with the striking front end with bi-xenon lights brushing against the kidney grille. They feature the characteristic parking light rings, making BMW vehicles from this period clearly recognizable from a distance – even in the dark.
A facelift takes place in 2006 which refines the radiator grille, taillights, and front apron. Most of the engines are also reengineered, producing significantly more power with greater efficiency.
Production period: 2003 – 2010
Engines: 2.0 – 3.0 liters (105 – 210 kW, 143 – 286 hp), 4- & 6-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,565 mm / 1,853 mm / 1,674 mm
THE SECOND GENERATION.
(BMW F25)
After six successful years, the completely redesigned successor model is now available. Confident, self-assured, and easy-going – the SUV boasts a whole range of innovations. For example, electronically controlled damping elements that actively adapt to the road surface. Or the Driving Dynamics Control, which adjusts the damping elements, engine’s response, the transmission’s shifting dynamics, as well as the sensitivity of the steering system and ESP to the driver’s wishes. A whole range of driver assistance systems such as a lane departure warning system or a head-up display enables a completely new driving experience without having to sacrifice the usual values of a BMW.
The 2014 model upgrade brings a new headlight design and side turn signals in the exterior mirrors. More chrome, a standard leather steering wheel, and significantly more options for customizing the BMW X3 accentuate the interior.
Production period: 2010 – 2017
Engines: 2.0 – 3.0 liters (105 – 230 kW, 143 – 313 hp), 4- & 6-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,648 mm / 1,881 mm / 1,661 mm
THE THIRD GENERATION.
(BMW G01)
The third generation of the SUV was launched in 2017. Despite its slightly larger dimensions, the developers succeeded in significantly reducing the vehicle’s weight, which benefits agility. The headlights, radiator grille, and taillights emphasize the car’s width at the rear and front. With the wider kidney grille compared with its predecessor and the air inlet openings, the BMW X3 exudes athletic confidence. The muscular exterior hints at the power waiting to be deployed. The driver assistance systems are a pleasure to use in the modern, animated cockpit with gesture control. The model meets premium standards – for example, the vehicle can pass automatically. The sporty design of the chassis, transmission, and engine ensures that driving pleasure is always the key factor. Of course, the X3 is available with BMW xDrive, the intelligent all-wheel drive. And thanks to that, the car is always the right choice – for urban environments as well as all terrains.
Production period: 2017 – today
Engines: 2.0 – 3.0 liters (110 – 265 kW, 150 – 360 hp), 4- & 6-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,708 – 4,713 mm / 1,891 – 1,897 mm / 1,676 mm
THE BMW X4.
The X-gene meets coupe-like lines – this is how the BMW X4 charmingly combines aesthetics and power. Engines with up to three liters of displacement deliver exactly what the vehicle’s exterior appearance promises.
THE FIRST GENERATION.
(BMW F26)
In 2014, the time had come: BMW introduced an SUV coupe in the mid-size class. Technically based on the BMW X3, it stands out thanks to its curved roofline, which, together with the double beads, underscores the vehicle’s sporty appearance even from the side. The front and rear also emphasize the vehicle’s width: The flat kidney grille at the front and the sideways elongated headlights and taillights set the appropriate accents.
The wide range of efficient and powerful engines means a BMW X4 performs agilely and dynamically in any situation. The standard all-wheel drive enables unique driving dynamics regardless of the surface conditions.
Production period: 2014 – 2018
Engines: 2.0 – 3.0 liters (135 – 225 kW, 184 – 306 hp), 4- & 6-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,671 mm / 1,881 mm / 1,624 mm
THE SECOND GENERATION.
(BMW G02)
The BMW X4’s sporty elegance is even more evident in the second generation. Sturdy wheelhouses and a wide track combined with the coupe-like roofline emphasize the typical characteristics of an X model: power, supremacy, and sportiness. The narrow LED taillights visually widen the rear end, as does the line raised above the rear fenders. The front is dominated by the two-part kidney grille with narrow LED headlights, which gives the SUV coupe an athletic, dynamic outlook.
The standard intelligent BMW xDrive all-wheel-drive system enables unparalleled driving dynamics in conjunction with the 8-speed automatic transmission, also available in all BMW X4s. Inside, the vehicle now includes larger touchscreens, gesture control, and modern driver assistance systems.
Production period: 2018 – today
Engines: 2.0 – 3.0 liters (135 – 265 kW, 184 – 360 hp), 4- & 6-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,751 – 4,752 mm / 1,918 – 1,938 mm / 1,621 mm
THE BMW X5.
With the all-terrain X5, BMW entered new territory in 1999, in the truest sense of the word. Right from the start, the SUV confidently combines grandeur, elegance, and sportiness – and has enjoyed a lead in this segment ever since.
THE FIRST GENERATION.
(BMW E53)
At the end of 1999, BMW launches nothing less than a revolutionary innovation: The manufacturer’s first off-road vehicle. The Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) with standard all-wheel drive combines exclusivity with sportiness and comfort. A premium-class SUV with the agility typical of BMW, not least thanks to the superb chassis tuning and powerful engines with six or eight cylinders.
The 2003 facelift brings a significantly more striking appearance thanks to the revised kidney grille and clear technical improvements in the form of the new BMW xDrive. Considerably improved traction and faster response means clear advantages in handling and dynamics. From 2004, the BMW X5 4.8is is the most powerful eight-cylinder engine available – it is characterized by 4.8 liters of displacement and an output of 265 kW (360 hp). More than 500,000 units of the E53 model are produced.
Production period: 1999 – 2006
Engines: 3.0 – 4.8 liters (135 – 265 kW, 184 – 360 hp), 6- & 8-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,667 mm / 1,872 – 1,925 mm / 1,707 – 1,715 mm
THE SECOND GENERATION.
(BMW E70)
In 2006, BMW showed how a successful concept can be made even better. The successor to the BMW X5 boasts technical innovations such as Adaptive Drive, which features roll stabilization and actively affects the shock absorbers. Thanks to the revised design, of, for example, the wheelhouses, the car appears sportier and more agile. The headlights have integrated, ring-shaped parking and low-beam headlights, making the vehicle immediately identifiable as a BMW even at dusk and at night. An optional third row of seats now allows up to six additional passengers to be carried if necessary.
In the 2010 model upgrade, the X5 received LED-look headlights and a completely revised range of engines. The driver assistance systems now include Speed Limit Info, an active cruise control system, and Sideview: Cameras on the sides of the vehicle which provide an even better view.
Production period: 2006 – 2013
Engines: 3.0 – 4.8 liters (173 – 300 kW, 235 – 408 hp), 6- & 8-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,854 mm / 1,933 mm / 1,739 mm
THE THIRD GENERATION.
(BMW F15)
The aerodynamic improvements to the third generation of the successful SUV immediately catch the eye. A sophisticated air inlet system in the front apron and a vent behind the front wheels reduce air turbulence in the front wheelhouses. This not only reduces drag but also brings sports car flair to the BMW X5. The harmonious proportions exude sophistication, supremacy, and agility.
The interior exudes elegance with ambient lighting and the use of lavishly crafted, high-quality materials such as double-stitched leather. A revised iDrive touch controller – makes controlling the extensive driver assistance systems a real pleasure. These include cruise control with traffic jam assistant as well as an LED spotlight that illuminates people and animals at night, making them stand out in the dark for the Night Vision system.

THE FOURTH GENERATION.
(BMW G05)
The significantly increased dimensions and the now one-piece kidney grille with its impressive dimensions show that the BMW X5 has again improved its supremacy and presence. The LED headlights no longer extend to the radiator grille. As an option, they illuminate the road with laser light. The fully digital Live Cockpit Professional forgoes the traditional speedometer and rev counter – making it customizable. Commands can be given via gestures and voice control. Forward-looking driver assistance systems support the driver in dangerous situations, such as when braking.
The BMW X5’s off-road package offers four driving modes for different types of terrain. It enables the perfect driving experience at all times. Efficient, lively engines and an adjustable chassis ensure agility and dynamics.
Production period: 2018 – 2022
Engines: 2.0 – 4.4 liters (170 – 340 kW, 231 – 462 hp), 4-, 6-, and 8-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,922 – 4,938 mm / 2,004 – 2,015 mm / 1,745 – 1,747 mm
THE FIFTH GENERATION.
(BMW G05)
In 2022, thanks to the extensive facelift of the front section, the BMW X5 appears almost like a completely new model. The broad, horizontal surface design for the front apron together with the characteristic BMW kidney grille featuring the “Iconic Glow” lighting effect and reworked, narrower LED headlights produce lend the vehicle a striking and expressive face. This approach to styling continues all the way through to the three-dimensional LED rear lights and the broad stance of the rear. Depending on the package selected, the BMW X5 receives an additional boost to its appearance in terms of modernity (X Line) or athleticism (M Sport package).
The modern design also extends to the interior. Thanks to the integrated BMW Curved Display and with BMW Interaction as a control element, it creates a superlative multimedia experience. Contrasting with this to set luxurious highlights is the glass application Crafted Clarity with its hand-crafted, polished glass crystal elements on the selection lever with illuminated X symbol on the Start-Stop button and the iDrive Controller. In addition, the new Trailer Assistant now helps when reversing with a trailer in tow.
With its powerful BMW TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder combustion engine, it offers sporty driving dynamics and impresses with supreme comfort thanks to xOffroad package and Adaptive 2-axle air suspension.

Engines: 3.0 – 4.4 liters (219 – 390 kW, 298 – 530 hp), 6-, and 8-cylinder
Length/width/height: 4,935 mm / 2,004 mm / 1,755 – 1,765 mm
THE BMW X6.
Non-conformism and performance in a car whose interior radiates exceptional elegance and luxury: This is the BMW X6, the first SAV coupe from BMW. The design expresses powerful driving dynamics that need not shy away from any comparisons.
THE FIRST GENERATION.
(BMW E71)
In 2008, a car appeared on the streets that defied classification: Is it a coupe? Is it an SUV? It is neither, although it combines the best qualities of both classes of vehicle. It is a car for individualists who value performance in every aspect: With 6- and 8-cylinder engines, the BMW X6 has plenty of power, perfectly distributed by the Dynamic Performance Control. The DPC, in conjunction with the intelligent xDrive all-wheel drive, increases steering precision, directional stability, and traction because the drive torque can now be continuously distributed to each wheel individually.
The coupe-like sideline gives the car a flat appearance, while the narrow headlights, together with the kidney grille, visually widen the front: The BMW X6 is also a powerhouse in terms of design, a vehicle unlike any other.
In 2012, the appearance was subtly revised as part of a model upgrade. The parking light rings are now available in an LED look. A far greater number of equipment options are available: For example, the hood with powerdome.
Production period: 2008 – 2014
Engines: 3.0 – 4.4 liters (173 – 300 kW, 235 – 408 hp), 6- & 8-cylinder

THE SECOND GENERATION.
(BMW F16)
The successor to the E71 sharpens its independent character significantly. Headlights drawn up to the kidney grille reinforce the impression of width, and the front end has become even steeper. The rear is now also adorned with wider taillights. The double beads on the sides catch the eye. Inside, the vehicle draws you in with high-quality materials, fully redesigned instruments, and color-adjustable ambient lighting. Streaming enables a virtually unlimited selection of music and content.
The redesigned engines deliver more power while increasing efficiency. Together with the standard xDrive all-wheel drive and the 8-speed automatic transmission, they promise dynamic, agile driving.

They support the vehicle’s extrovert appearance, as do the large air inlets on the sides and below the kidney grille. With its own lighting and the optional laser light from the headlights, it ensures that the coupe SUV’s individuality remains recognizable, even in the dark. Engines, driver assistance systems, and the standard xDrive all-wheel drive enable unparalleled driving dynamics.
The luxurious equipment includes optional temperature-controlled holders for both hot and cold drinks or the 20-speaker Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System. Driving the BMW X6, you not only reach your destination quickly and safely, but also comfortably.

THE FOURTH GENERATION.
(BMW G06)
In its fourth generation the BMW X6 focuses entirely on its masculine athleticism and maximum expressive power. And this is the reason why this generation of the BMW X6 is also equipped with the M Sport package as standard. As a result, its defining characteristics include sporty, aerodynamically optimised design features on the exterior in addition to the reworked front section with “Iconic Glow” illumination to highlight the kidney grille. The M High-gloss Shadow line exterior trim, the M-specific tailpipes, the 20” BMW light alloy wheels and the bumpers in M Design front and rear are all guaranteed to attract admiring glances.
Luxurious sporting flair and modern technologies also determine the interior, while the BMW Curved Display and instrument cluster delivering M-specific information, the M leather steering wheel, exclusive M pedals and door sill finishers with illuminated M logo send out a particularly exclusive signal.
The BMW X6 achieves pure driving dynamics with its powerful BMW M TwinPower Turbo 8-cylinder combustion engine and, thanks to xOffroad package and 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission, provides maximum ride comfort on any surface. And the interior is no less modern: The comfortable seats with oscillating seat base function leave nothing to be desired and the elegant frameless BMW Curved Display with touch and speech control doubles as the central interface to the powerful BMW iDrive.

THE BMW XM.
Performance and luxury have a new face: expressive, electric, exclusive. A completely new vehicle is taking the stage in the form of the BMW XM. The latest-generation plug-in hybrid technology unites purely electric driving with the powerful dimensions of a BMW X and the typical high performance of BMW M.
THE FIRST GENERATION.
(BMW G09)
Equipped with modern plug-in hybrid technology, the BMW XM brings up to 550 kW (748 hp) onto the road thanks to its newly developed V8 engine and with its up to 83 km of purely electric range (WLTP) permits almost silent and emission-free driving.
Optically, too, the large and powerful proportions demonstrate its uncompromising individuality. With the new, unmistakable front design, the BMW M brand is further establishing itself within the luxury segment.
The winning combination of bringing BMW M and BMW X elements together with the uncompromising standard of luxury to produce something entirely new also continues systematically within the interior of the BMW XM. The front section displays a performance-orientation. And in typical BMW M style, the focus is clearly on the driver. The new screen grouping of the BMW Curved Display creates a bridge between traditional driver orientation and modern digital character.
The extremely driver-centred front section contrasts with a cosy and luxurious lounge atmosphere in the rear. This is where passengers encounter a haven with celebrity character and materials of supreme quality, inspired surfaces and expressive details. The roof with its three-dimensional prism structure presents an optical highlight in the rear. Together with the ambient light, this element impressively conveys the interplay of progressive luxury and comfort.
